Known as Butha-Buthe this simply but delicious soup was quite simple to make. If you're struggling to imagine what this soup tastes like think chicken and lemon - the base of the soup is a chicken broth with split peas and spinach, which is then upgraded with tangerine and dressed with some herbs and dollop of yogurt! My photo isn't awesome as I didn't chop the spinach finely enough!
