For this week I cooked a rice dish from Kuwait - it is also often found in other Middle Eastern countries such as Bahrain but every country has a slightly different take on it, I already made this dish for Bahrain and I was curious to see the difference. It is often made with chicken or lamb and I must say I couldn't resist the lamb but this week my budget wasn't stretching to that much lamb so I did a combination of lamb and chicken which worked wonderfully although I'm not sure if that's ever done in Kuwait.
