Jamaican Chicken Pumpkin Soup

I must admit to going into this challenge thinking that I needed a soup for the week and so when I found this delicious looking soup I feel for it - it's a spicy chicken soup filled with vegetables and just the thing for a cold winter day! As I understand it the soup is often made with beef as well! I used the recipe below but didn't use any chayote as I couldn't find any!
It was very tasty and something I would for sure make again!
